Once a properly registered participant has accepted a spot on a travel team the Registration Deposit is due by the collection date to secure a spot on the team. 
The Registration Deposit is non-refundable. All additional balance payments, once made, are non-refundable.
Withdrawal requests received prior to the balance collection date may be charged additional fees relating to outstanding program operating costs that are unable to be recovered due to the timing of the withdrawal. 
North Strong Lacrosse shall not issue refunds in the event aspects of the practices are canceled, altered, or shortened due to weather conditions, or other factors. 
Due to the extreme circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, in the force majeure event that an outbreak of communicable disease and/or a governmental order prohibiting mass events make holding an individual event impossible, impracticable, or illegal, North Strong Lacrosse will offer credits to future programming. 
North Strong Lacrosse reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at their sole discretion. If a refund or credit is issued, North Strong Lacrosse is under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. 
North Strong Lacrosse has the right to refuse any and all refund requests. North Strong Lacrosse reserves the right to alter its policy on a case-by-case basis should unusual or extreme circumstances prohibit participation by a properly registered individual
