We have moved the camp back to TTC4 to provide us with more space and options for the athletes. 

 

The camp is a four day camp running from 9 am to 4 pm each day. Camp is open for all for male and female box lacrosse players aged 7 to 16. Join our summer lacrosse camp and take your game to the next level! Our camp is designed to help players/goalies of all skill levels develop their lacrosse skills, improve their overall fitness and have fun.

 

Led by experienced coaches and players, our camp offers a fun and challenging environment that will help players of all ages and abilities improve their game. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, our camp will provide you with the opportunity to learn new skills, refine your techniques, and develop your overall lacrosse IQ.

 

In addition to lacrosse-specific training, our camp also focuses on overall fitness and conditioning. But it's not all work and no play - our camp is also designed to be fun and engaging! We incorporate a variety of activities and games to help our campers develop strength, agility, and endurance, which are all important for success on the lacrosse field.

HEAD COACHES

PAUL RAI - North Strong Lacrosse is owned by Paul Rai, who was the founder of Vimy Lacrosse, a school academy program now in its 18th year of operation and boasting over 80 student-athletes. Paul has 20 years of lacrosse coaching experience working with players from Mini Tyke to Senior Mens. He has led box and field teams to numerous tournaments across North America and has won a Presidents Cup Senior Championship as a player and coach. Paul is also a certified coach instructor for Lacrosse Canada. Paul is involved with the day to day operations of the camp and brings in support staff that understand the game of box lacrosse. All the coaches are trained by Paul Rai.

 

CHAYTON HETMAN - Chayton is our goalie instructor. He played his minor lacrosse for the Edmonton Warriors and junior lacrosse in the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League. In Senior he played for the Edmonton Miners Senior B team and this summer is playing in the Western Lacrosse Association for the Senior A Burnaby Lakers. Chayton also plays internationally for Team Poland.
