Sport often mirrors life and the skills that athletes develop on the playing field are the same skills that are needed for success at school, work, and in everyday connections with people.

North Strong Lacrosse was founded by former Vimy Lacrosse Program Director and High Performance Coach, Paul Rai, to help children and youth realize their full potential through participation in lacrosse.  We work with players of all ages and skill levels to build their confidence, competence and leadership skills!
